SAT is administered seven times a year in the USA and is administered six times a year in the other countries of the world. SAT is designed, organized and administered by the College Board. About SAT Test Dates
The SAT is usually administered in the months of October, November, December, January, March (April in the alternating year), May, and June. In the months of May, June November and December, the SAT is generally administered on the first Saturday. In the countries other than the USA too, the SAT is administered on the same test dates as administered in the US except for the day on which it is not administered.
On the test date in the month of March (April in the alternating year), only the SAT Reasoning Test is offered. On all the other test dates, in addition to the SAT Reasoning Test, all other SAT Subject Tests are also offered. Moreover, a test taker can take up to three SAT Subject Tests on a single test date.
SAT Test Dates for 2012-2013
The SAT test dates for 2012 have been recently updated by the College Board on their website. By SAT test dates for 2012, we mean the test dates for the academic year starting 2011 till June 2012. The SAT test dates for 2012 have been updated until June, 2012. The dates for the academic year starting 2012 till 2013 have not yet been released.
