As per the official website for SAT schedule, the SAT schedule 2012 remains the same for both U.S and international applicants. The exception is that the SAT test will not be conducted in March for international students. It is also to be noted that the registration deadlines for U.S. and international applicants are different.

No late registration available for international students and the registrations are to be done online or via mail before the deadlines. A fee applies for retaking the test, the registration of which could be done via telephone. Phone registration is permitted only for those who have registered previously in the system.
