Register For LSAT Test
LSAT or Law School Admission Test is a test conducted by LSAC or Law School Admission Council. LSAC is a non-profit organization that helps law schools in United States and Canada during the admission process. The score obtained by students in LSAT is used as one of the factors by the law schools for the admission.
For appearing for the test you are required to register for LSAT. To register for LSAT the student should provide personal particulars along with selecting the exam center and the date of the exam. It is also required that the student pays the fees for LSAT when he has to register for LSAT. LSAT is conducted at various LSAT locations in the world four times in a year. The list of center and dates for the exam are available on the web site of LSAT. If you cannot appear for LSAT on a Saturday due to religious reasons, it is possible to appear for LSAT exam on a Monday. This however should be specified at the time when you register for LSAT. The dates and centers for test on a Monday may be different than those on a Saturday. Hence you should be careful while selecting these.
How to Register for LSAT
You can register for LSAT online, by phone or using a paper registration form. You must register for the LSAT test well in advance of the test date. You should refer to the official web site or inside front cover of the information book provided by LSAC to know the registration deadlines. The registration cannot be done on the day of the test at any test center for any test administration.

If you wish to register for LSAT online you should use LSAC’s online registration service by visiting the official web site at www.LSAC.org or at 215.968.1001.
LSAT Test Registration: On Phone
If you wish to register for LSAT through phone, you should use LSAC’s automated dialing service by dialing 215.968.1001. This service is available at all times except from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Sundays. This system can handle most of the enquiries. The representatives are available only on weekdays on the same number. The busiest day for LSAC is Monday. It is recommended that you should call on some other day of the week to avoid delays.
LSAT Test Registration: By Mail
If you wish to register for LSAT through mail, you should get the form provided by LSAC and mail it to the under-mentioned address. While registering for LSAT by mail you should keep the time required for transaction in consideration.

It is also important to mention here that the registration information provided by telephone or online is deemed to be consent to the policies and procedures on the same terms as if you had signed a consent statement on a paper registration form. Therefore, you should ensure that all the information provided in these forms is correct.
You can alter the information at a later stage if you find that the information has either changed or has been wrongly entered. Checking the status of your file online at http://www.lsac.org/ can help you to amend the information. It is recommended that you should use the same spelling and form of your name on all documents and communications. You should also check the accuracy of all documents having biographical data. If you find an error, it must be corrected immediately in writing and a signed copy of the corrected document should be sent to Law School Admission Council. Biographical data changes except change in address cannot be made by telephone. This can be achieved by submitting documentary proof to support any data change. In case of a discrepancy in your file, you will be notified by e-mail or postal mail. The reporting of your score may be put on hold, that means LSAC will prevent all reporting to you and to law schools until the discrepancy is cleared.
