IELTS TEST DATE

IELTS test is conducted to evaluate the non-native students communication skills in areas like speaking, listening, reading and writing. It is compulsory to clear the IELTS test for anyone who wants to work or study in an English speaking country.

1. IELTS TEST DATE APPLICATION:

In order to appear for the IELTS test, the candidate should apply for the IELTS test date at the local test center. He should fill up and submit the IELTS test date application form at least 3 weeks prior to the IELTS test date that he wishes to get.

The candidate can fill up the IELTS test date application form in person or online. It is recommended that the student should go in person to fill up the form so as to avoid any confusion and delay of any sort in getting the confirmation report. The IELTS test date application form can be downloaded from the official web site and be submitted online. On submission of the IELTS test date application form, the candidate will receive the application confirmation report within a few minutes. The report will be sent on the email ID or the mobile number whichever of the two has been mentioned in the form. The candidate can fill the online IELTS test date form at any time and from any place.

The candidate can send the IELTS test date application form through mail or courier. Before sending the IELTS test date application form by mail, the candidate must read all the terms and conditions and put his signatures correctly. He should attach the copy of his passport after being thoroughly verified by the local police department. The candidate must attach a demand draft along with other documents.

2. IELTS TEST DATE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS:

The candidate who desires to apply for a particular IELTS test date must get himself registered for the test. At the time of registration, the candidate must make sure that he possesses all the required documents. He must submit at least three passport size colored photographs. As a proof of identity, he should get his passport number noted down at the required documents.

In some cases, the candidate can be asked to submit a photocopy of his national identity card number. The candidate should clarify with the IELTS test center as to which form of identity proof he should get deposited. A candidate should submit a photocopy of his valid passport along with first three pages of the passport.

3. IELTS TEST DATE FEE:

The fee for taking up the IELTS test date can differ from province to province. The IELTS test date fee includes in it the IELTS examination fee and the TRF postage charges. The TRF charges are payable by a demand draft. The IELTS test date fee includes in it the IELTS test date cancellation or transfer fee, as well as the IELTS test result enquiry fee and IELTS remarking fee.

In case the candidate wants to get his IELTS test date cancelled or rescheduled then his IELTS test date fee will not be refunded. If he is unable to appear on the IELTS test date due to some medical reasons, then he can get the IELTS test date fee refunded, provided he submits the medical certificate signed by the doctor. He must make it a point to deposit the medical certificate within a time period of five days well in advance. If he doesn't appear in the test without intimating the concerned authorities, then his IELTS test date fee will not be returned back.

The candidate can pay for the IELTS test date fee through credit or debit card. He can make use of the ATM facility or send a demand draft to the concerned authorities. The IELTS test date fee can be paid though cheque, postal orders or money orders. If the IELTS test date fee is being paid with the help of personal cheque, then the candidate must put down his personal taxation number along with two signatures at the reverse side of the cheque. The IELTS test date fee can be sent with the help of web banking or e banking.

In addition to all this, the candidate will be charged extra shopping charges with the fee for processing the candidates IELTS test date application.
