IDP IELTS Examination

IELTS Test Continued .......

Speaking Section

The speaking section of the IDP IELTS examination is nothing but a personal interview. It is a one to one session. The interview is taken separately for every candidate. An interview goes on for about 15 minutes. The interviews are taken once the writing sessions are over. The time for the interview is decided at the time of the writing session by the examiners. Interviews are taken by a specialist examiner. The interview is broadly divided into three parts. The first part is of an introduction of the candidate and about his academic and co-curricular activities so far. In the second part of the interview the candidate is given a particular topic and is asked to speak on it for about a couple of minutes.
